What dispatch would tell you on the phone.How the pull works
The winch line goes to the factory recovery point, never the bumper, and the car is pulled out in a straight line. Soft mud gets traction mats. A car high-centered on a curb or parking block is lifted and set back down rather than dragged.
After you are out
Once the car is on pavement the driver looks underneath. If nothing is leaking or bent, you drive off. If something is, you hear it straight away and can take a tow to your shop with the service call credited against it.
Snow nights
The first snow of the season and the morning after a plow ridge are our busiest hours. You still get a real ETA on the call and the same price; the truck runs 24 hours through the winter.
What it costs
One price for the service call, the same at night, on weekends and on holidays. If it turns into a tow, the service call is credited. We direct-bill most roadside plans; otherwise you get the receipt they ask for.
